Our hard and anti-fog Silicone based coatings are resistant to many common solvents and plasticisers, which enhance the range of applications where chemical attack leads to a stress problem.

The coatings, which are only a few microns thick, are permanently bonded to the substrate at over 100 degrees C after multi-stage surface preparation.

Other benefits include an increase in surface smoothness over that achieved from polished tooling mouldings, that increases light transmission (by 10%) and resists the build up of dirt in harsh environments.
